Further to the transition of our beloved Royal Father, HRH Eze Stephen Odizuru Utah, Egwu I of Egwu Ukwu Autonomnous Community, the vision was made manifest through our Foundational Elder. Rev. Nkem Okorie, that we should gather and constitute a body dedicated to the;

of our Ancestral Homeland, Umuegwu Okpuala, situated in Egwu Ukwu Autonomous Community, Umuahia North LGA, Abia State, Nigeria

 

This vision was nurtured into reality by the staunch support and encouragement of our illustrious Elders and Members. The initial informal group, moderated by RHC Dr. Obidike Akahara and legally guided by Attorney Ezinne Adibe Ranger, later transformed to the current duly registered 501(k)(3) Non-Profit Organization led by the President, Arc. Chukunenye Onyeike and the Executive Council. Currently, our Membership extends to Canada, Ireland, Spain, Australia and United Kingdom.
